Opensity seeks a Fast Service Specialist to deliver essential mail, copy and reception tasks at client sites, with the flexibility to cover multiple locations within a defined geographic market. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, routing calls and supporting hospitality and facilities duties.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and physical stamina to lift items and move supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in a customer service field preferred.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Must resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Physical ability to lift/move 40 lbs and carry 75 lbs with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide mail services: metering, sorting, distributing mail and packages per schedule.
• Perform copy, print, scan tasks per written instructions.
• Greet visitors and answer/route phone calls professionally.
• Coordinate and maintain client conference rooms, kitchens and common areas.
• Stock supplies, manage inventory, and support basic facilities tasks.
