ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) in San Diego. You will respond to overnight guest needs, assist with check-ins/check-outs, manage entry keys, and ensure guest satisfaction in a quiet to moderate environment. Lodging is provided on overnight on-call schedules.

The role requires English proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to handle emergencies, rumors, and safety procedures while maintaining professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to respond to overnight requests within 30 minutes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work onsite at the hotel location.
• Experience with guest check-ins/check-outs and key handling.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, and noise issues.
• Manage hotel keys and log in/out as needed.
• Process guest check-ins/check-outs and collect payments when necessary.
• Log events and run reports; maintain computer systems.
• Cover other hotels in the area if staffing needs arise.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
