ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative for part-time overnight shifts at an Extended Stay America location in Mishawaka, IN. The role emphasizes courteous guest service, on-call support, and ensuring smooth check-ins when the lobby is closed.

You will manage guest keys, assist with limited check-ins/check-outs, handle safety procedures, and be prepared to cover nearby hotels as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to respond to overnight business needs within 30 minutes.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call notifications for check-ins, emergencies, and safety issues.
• Safeguard hotel keys and log them in/out.
• Process limited guest check-ins/check-outs and collect payments when necessary.
• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with first responders as needed.
• May cover another hotel in the area if staffing needs arise.
