Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) for the Jackson South Extended Stay America location. The role supports overnight guest services, check-ins, and emergency response under standard hotel procedures.

The position offers a guest room lodging benefit on-site, with a rotating on-call schedule and opportunities to assist during after-hours operations. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to respond to overnight needs within 30 minutes.
• Proficiency in English with strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests upon call notification for check-ins and safety situations.
• Maintain control of hotel keys and log them in/out.
• Organize limited guest check-ins/check-outs and process payments when necessary.
• Log events, run reports, and post payments to guest folios as needed.
• Support coverage for other hotels in the area during staffing gaps.
