Job summary

KB Home is seeking a dynamic New Home Sales Counselor for our North Carolina community. In this role you will meet prospective buyers, present the benefits of newly constructed homes, demonstrate models, discuss floor plans, and guide customers toward closures.

Required are a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and prior sales experience, with emphasis on building relationships, using social media for sales, and collaborating with lenders.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people and build professional relationships.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, provide literature and information, and generate interest.
• Demonstrate models, discuss floor plans and options, and close sales.
• Follow up on loan applications and monitor sales activity.
• Coordinate with lenders and keep marketing materials current.
• Host openings and community events to attract buyers.
