Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience required; experience in new home sales preferred.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic strongly preferred.
• Ability to connect with people and develop/maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, provide literature and POS information, and follow up on leads.
• Demonstrate models, homes, and sites; explain floor plans and options.
• Overcome objections and close sales; coordinate financing with lender (KBHS).
• Document transactions, follow up on loan apps, and monitor closings and cancellations.
• Prospect by networking and referrals to generate new opportunities.
