Job summary

KB Home is seeking a dynamic New Home Sales Counselor to meet with prospective buyers, communicate the benefits of newly constructed homes, and close sales to help families realize their dream of homeownership.

Responsibilities include showing models, discussing floor plans, handling offers, and coordinating with the lender. Ideal candidates have a real estate license, solid sales experience, and strong communication skills. On-site role with travel between communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current local Real Estate license required.
• Previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic preferred.
• Ability to connect with people and develop professional relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors with literature and information.
• Demonstrate models, homes and options for buyers.
• Respond to customer requests and overcome objections to close sales.
• Refer financing questions to our lender (KBHS).
• Document sales transactions and monitor loan applications.
