KB Home is seeking a dynamic New Home Sales Counselor to meet prospective buyers, showcase newly constructed homes, and close sales with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will respond to inquiries, present floor plans and options, and collaborate with lenders for financing. A proactive, social-media-aware salesperson with strong communication skills will thrive in this role at a field-based community setting.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred.
• Previous experience using social media to drive sales traffic strongly preferred.
• Ability to connect with people and develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Action-oriented with the drive to push sales to successful closure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide literature, point-of-sale information, and handouts.
• Demonstrate models, homes, and sites, discuss floor plans and options.
• Respond to customer requests for further information and overcome objections.
• Follow up on loan applications and monitor sales and cancellations.
• Conduct weekly follow-up calls with buyers until closing.
• Host grand openings and community events.
