Job summary

KB Home is seeking a dynamic New Home Sales Counselor to meet prospective buyers, present the benefits of KB Home’s newly constructed homes, and close sales. You will welcome visitors, demonstrate models, discuss floor plans, and coordinate with a lender to move applications forward.

The ideal candidate has a valid Real Estate license, prior sales experience, and proficiency with social media to drive traffic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current local Real Estate license required.
• Previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide literature and information.
• Demonstrate models, homes, and sites; discuss floor plans and options.
• Overcome objections and close sales; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Refer financing questions to KBHS lender; follow up on loan apps.
• Document sales transactions; monitor loans and cancellations; weekly follow-ups.
• Generate new prospects through networking and referrals; use CMA and data tools.
• Contact brokers and conduct presentations to attract them to communities.
• Host grand openings and community events.
• Maintain marketing materials and keep the community presentable.
