Job summary

KB Home is seeking a New Home Sales Counselor to meet with prospective buyers, present KB Home's newly constructed homes, and close sales across field communities. You will demonstrate models, discuss floor plans, and work with a preferred lender to finalize financing.

The ideal candidate has a real estate license, strong communication and networking skills, and a history of customer-focused sales. Flexible schedule and local travel expected; base pay plus commission with potential earnings well

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred.
• Current local Real Estate license required.
• Previous experience using social media to drive sales traffic strongly preferred.
• Ability to connect with people and develop and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide literature and information.
• Demonstrate models and homes, discuss floor plans and options.
• Overcome objections and close sales with customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with lender for financing and loan applications.
• Document sales and follow up on sales activities and cancellations.
