Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience, especially in new home sales, is preferred.
• Current local Real Estate license is required.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide literature and information.
• Respond to customer requests and questions about homes and financing.
• Demonstrate models, homes and sites; discuss floor plans and options.
• Overcome objections and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with lenders and monitor loan applications and closings.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with buyers until closing and maintain show homes.
