Job summary

KB Home is seeking a dynamic New Home Sales Counselor to join our field team. You will meet with prospective buyers, present the benefits of our newly constructed homes, and close sales to create satisfied customers.

This role requires a current real estate license, strong communication, and experience in some form of home sales, with a preference for new home sales and social media-driven traffic. Market and close opportunities across communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current local Real Estate license required.
• Previous sales experience preferred, especially new home sales.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors with literature and information; respond to requests for information.
• Demonstrate models, homes, and sites; discuss floor plans and options.
• Overcome objections and close sales with customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate offers and refer financing questions to KBHS lender.
• Document sales and monitor loan applications; conduct weekly follow-up calls.
