Qualifications

• 35+ years of payroll experience within an integrated payroll and HRIS system.
• Experience processing weekly multi-state payroll.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely weekly multi-state payroll.
• Review payroll and timekeeping data and resolve discrepancies with HR and employees.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits for accuracy and controls.
• Maintain payroll records and ADP configurations.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and journal entries for Finance and Leadership.
• Support quarter-end and year-end payroll activities and W-2 review.
