Job summary

Intersand is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for all U.S. divisions. This role collects and computes data, checks timesheets, and ensures accurate, on-time pay using ADP.

Responsibilities include enrolling new hires, editing timecards, processing garnishments, and generating payroll reports. Requires CPA credentials and multi-state experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 2+ years multi-state payroll experience required.
• Certified Payroll Professional credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, special and annual payroll for all US divisions.
• Administer ADP timeclocks and enroll new employees.
• Edit and approve timecards when Supervisors are unavailable.
• Address payroll questions and resolve issues to ensure accurate pay.
• Prepare payroll reports and fund retirement contributions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain employee data.
