Qualifications

• 5+ years of multistate payroll experience.
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws across states.
• Experience with ADP WFN and comprehensive payroll.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Collaborates with HR, Operations, Finance.
• Adaptable to regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll for all employees bi-weekly.
• Verify time entries and reconcile payroll reports.
• Handle pay rate changes for hires, transfers, terminations.
• Process manual checks, garnishments, and special payrolls.
• Prepare end-of-period and quarterly reports (W-2).
• Address payroll questions from managers and staff.
• Provide wage reports to external agencies.
• Support audits related to payroll.
• Maintain current employee data systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
