Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal, state and local payroll regulations.
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems is required.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing and year-end reporting (W-2) beneficial.
• Ability to manage confidential employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for a multi-state workforce accurately and on time.
• Handle onboarding, promotions, wage changes, terminations and payroll audits.
• Manage tax withholdings, garnishments and benefit deductions while ensuring compliance.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and collaborate with HR and Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
