Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, with hourly pay of $21–$23. The position emphasizes reviewing time and earnings data, ensuring SOX compliance, and resolving payroll questions for leadership and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong background in payroll processing and knowledge of wage and hours laws.
• Experience with ADP software preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a multi-state payroll environment.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and importing hours and earnings data for payroll processing.
• Performing gross-to-net calculations and ensuring accuracy.
• Auditing payroll expenses for variances and SOX controls.
• Applying earnings and deduction codes correctly for tax reporting.
• Communicating payroll issues to leadership and resolving inquiries.
