Planet Fitness is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team. You will deliver superior customer service to members and guests, manage inquiries and transactions, and uphold a clean, welcoming environment in a Judgement Free Zone. Bilingual English/Spanish are encouraged to apply.

The MSR is the first point of contact, handling membership questions, transactions, and maintaining club culture policies and procedures. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Onsite work: this position is not remote.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member interactions.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• Ability to learn and apply cleaning practices and procedures.
• CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests professionally.
• Provide outstanding customer service to create a positive club experience.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Assist with account inquiries, changes and billing questions.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities.
• Assist with tours and sign-ups for potential members.
• Promote membership upgrades (e.g., Black Card).
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Check members into the system using the POS system.
• Answer phones professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the club.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.
