Job summary

Planet Fitness invites applicants for a full-time Member Services Representative (MSR) position on the Afternoon/Evening shift. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, handling inquiries and sign-ups with a friendly, professional demeanor.

This on-site role requires excellent customer service, effective use of the club’s POS system, and a welcoming, clean, Judgement Free Zone environment. Bilingual English/Spanish are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• On-site work required
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged
• Reliable, professional and positive demeanor
• Ability to learn and follow procedures and POS system usage

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Assist with sign-ups, inquiries and payments
• Process memberships, cancellations and payments accurately
• Answer phones and respond to member questions promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
