Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, answer questions, process memberships, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. You will handle inquiries and payments, support tours, and contribute to a positive, Judgement Free Zone experience.

The role is on-site, with CPR/AED and tanning certifications required. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply, and benefits include health insurance, PTO and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Obtain Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and prospective members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with tours, sign-ups, and membership questions; promote specials and upgrades.
