Job summary

Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a high level of customer service to members and guests. This on-site role handles membership inquiries, sign-ups, and payments while upholding the Judgement Free Zone culture.

Bilingual English/Spanish are encouraged to apply. The MSR is the first point of contact, ensuring a positive member experience through friendly interactions, prompt support and a strong understanding of club policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work onsite, not remote.
• Background check including National Sex Offender Registry search.
• CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within required timeframes.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Answer phones professionally and efficiently and provide information about memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the club and support front desk operations.
