Planet Fitness is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• On-site work is required.
• CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within required timeframes.
• Ability to learn and apply cleaning practices, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally and create a positive club experience.
• Assist members with memberships, inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities; assist tours and sign-ups.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the club and facilities.
• Operate the club POS system and respond to questions or concerns.
