Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Maintain CPR/AED and tanning certifications per company timelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with memberships, sign-ups, and billing questions.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Answer phones professionally and efficiently.
• Keep club clean and guest-ready throughout the shift.
• Provide tours and information about memberships and amenities.
