Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative (MSR) to greet members, answer questions, process memberships and payments, and maintain a clean, welcoming club.

This on-site, full-time day shift position requires exceptional customer service, bilingual English/Spanish encouraged, CPR/AED and tanning certifications; on-the-job training is provided. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• Obtain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Obtain Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities; assist sign-ups.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the front desk area and club.
