TEKsystems is seeking a skilled desktop support technician for a manufacturing environment in Tipp City, OH. This contract role focuses on on-site hardware support across production lines and offices, with responsibilities from setup to ongoing maintenance.

You will provide troubleshooting for desktops, printers, phones, and RF devices, manage AD accounts, and handle inventory. The position requires safe operation and adherence to site procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to troubleshoot desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Ability to operate under pressure in a manufacturing environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site desktop support for all hardware in the manufacturing plant.
• Setup, configure, install and maintain end users' desktop computers and peripherals, both on production line and in offices.
• Provide technical support for production and office personnel on computers, phones, and printers.
• Implement and maintain network servers, including active directory accounts.
• Break/fix support for network, server, and end user devices.
• Provide support for industrial printers.
• Manage and track hardware inventory and e-waste.
• Windows 10 support.
• Mobile RF device and workstation PC support.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.
