Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Tier 2 Support Technician to provide user support for approximately 2,000 on-site employees in Columbus, OH. The role involves ticketing, hardware fixes, and helping with onboarding and deployments.

Responsibilities include responding to ServiceNow requests, assisting with training, and collaborating with the Level 2 team. This is a contract position with full onsite work.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tier 2 IT support and ticket handling.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and workplace IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support and triage tickets via ServiceNow.
• Assist with training and higher-level IT tasks when possible.
• Perform hardware fixes: monitors, printers, and network-related issues (DHCP/IP).
• Support hardware deployments and refresh projects.
• Assist new hires with IT equipment onboarding.
