Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an entry-level Help Desk Specialist to provide over-the-phone, remote, and desk-side support for end users. You will handle password resets, user setups, application and hardware support, and workstation imaging, using ticketing tools as part of incident resolution.

This onsite role is based in Aurora, CO. Responsibilities include configuring laptops, printers, and peripherals, assisting with ticketing through established procedures, and commuting between corporate offices

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in a Help Desk environment preferred.
• Strong desktop Windows 10 troubleshooting and support skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Manage Engine.
• Ability to perform password resets, user setups, and basic hardware support.
• On-site availability in Aurora, CO with reliable transportation.
• Certifications such as MCSE/MCP/ CompTIA A+/Network+ are a plus but not required.
