Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Help Desk/Desktop Support or PC Technician roles.
• Experience with Windows imaging/deployment tools and AD.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work on a manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, test, and deploy desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
• Provide rapid-response plant floor support for ruggedized terminals and printers.
• Handle password resets, account lockouts, software installs, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office apps, and ensure connectivity to ERP/CAD licensing.
• Assist with patch cabling, mapping drives, IP conflicts, and Wi‑Fi connectivity on-site.
• Maintain IT inventory records and detailed ticket notes.
