Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the main client contact for Adecco programs and oversee ongoing recruitment and fulfillment activities. You will align with client goals, drive retention, and lead KPI-driven performance, ensuring value delivery and strong relationships across multiple stakeholders.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years of managerial experience in staffing or service industries, excellent communication, and the ability to price and sell staffing solutions

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider setting preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and expanding client relationships.
• Ability to learn and apply new software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs.
• Lead daily recruitment/fulfillment activities aligned with KPIs.
• Grow and retain accounts and drive client satisfaction.
• Prepare business reviews for directors and executives.
• Price and sell services including conversions and placements.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, roles, and competition.
• Ensure SLA targets are met and client requirements fulfilled.
• Act as a brand ambassador and support Thought Leadership.
