The Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our Adecco programs. You will align with the client’s objectives, lead daily recruitment and fulfillment activities, and drive KPI performance while maintaining high client satisfaction.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will develop relationships, price and sell services, and grow existing accounts. A high school diploma and 5+ years in management within services is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction, expanded responsibilities, and strong working relationships.

Responsabilités

• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster business growth.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction as shown in surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Manage recruitment team in a fast-paced environment and drive KPI performance.
