Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs in the United States. You will drive account growth, lead recruitment and fulfillment, and align activities with client objectives while maintaining strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.

You will oversee routine business reviews, price services, and ensure SLAs are met, all while acting as a brand ambassador for Adecco’s workforce solutions portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience in service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and expanding accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for Adecco programs.
• Escalation point for client questions and concerns.
• Lead recruitment/fulfillment activities aligned with client objectives.
• Develop and present quarterly business reviews to executives.
• Maintain KPI and SLA performance.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temp and perm roles).
• Grow and retain accounts through strong relationships and market insights.
