Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to lead client programs and act as the primary contact for our key accounts. This role focuses on aligning client objectives with Adecco services, driving retention, and delivering strong KPI results.

You will manage daily recruitment activities, supervise teams, and maintain trusted client partnerships. You will also be responsible for pricing and selling services, preparing reports, and presenting performance reviews to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow & retain accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and quarterly reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to the vertical Director and/or VP.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Lead recruitment teams to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive process improvements and innovation across programs.
