Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our Adecco programs. This role aligns with client business objectives, leads daily recruitment/fulfillment, and drives KPI performance while fostering a collaborative partnership.

You will lead a recruitment team, develop client relationships (HR, Operations), and deliver QBRs/QPRs while ensuring high NPS and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in relevant work.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts through client-focused strategies.
• Develop relationships with HR and Operations to understand needs.
• Present monthly and quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Manage recruitment teams and meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Price and sell staffing services (conversions, temp, perm).
• Ensure client satisfaction and strong NPS.
