Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in the United States to be the primary client contact for Adecco programs and to align with the client’s business goals. You will manage daily recruitment activities, monitor KPI performance, and position teams for ongoing success.

You will build relationships with HR and Operations, conduct regular business reviews, and ensure high client satisfaction while retaining accounts and improving fill rates and NPS scores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider environment.
• Experience validating customer satisfaction and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and escalation point.
• Lead recruitment/fulfillment activities and track KPIs/SLAs.
• Maintain client relationships with HR and Operations contacts.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Price and sell staffing services and manage accounts.
• Grow existing accounts and drive client satisfaction metrics.
