Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a community, supervise staff, and ensure safety, quality, and timely responses to service requests. You will work with the Community Manager to coordinate activities, manage resources, and maintain the property in top condition.

The role requires on-site presence, strong knowledge of OSHA standards, and a commitment to resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily for safety and compliance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of communities and minimize repairs.
• Plan and manage maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training and direction as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed.
