Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations at our community, oversee staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality across units and common areas. You will coordinate requests, inspect facilities, and uphold preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires on-site presence, familiarity with EPA/OSHA standards, and strong leadership to ensure timely, compliant upkeep of property assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for hazards and maintenance needs.
• Manage maintenance supplies and inventory within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and safe, organized shop.
• Lead on-call emergency coverage and ensure timely repairs.
• Supervise and coach maintenance staff under Community Manager direction.
• Maintain records relating to service requests, safety standards, and make-readies.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

EPA & CPO certification

HVAC knowledge/experience (desirable)
