Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage on-site maintenance operations across the community, supervise staff and vendors, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

You will coordinate service requests, schedule preventive maintenance, monitor inventory, perform unit make-readies, and participate in on-call emergencies while maintaining excellent resident relations and cost-conscious resource use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for safety and compliance.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget guidelines.
• Assist with unit make-readies and on-call emergencies.
• Provide direction to maintenance staff and monitor progress.
