Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at the community, handling service requests, preventative maintenance, staff supervision, and safety compliance. The role works closely with the Community Manager to ensure efficient operations.

You will manage on-site teams, monitor compliance with OSHA and Fair Housing requirements, supervise vendors, and oversee inventory and make-ready tasks. On-call duties are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and OSHA safety practices.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training under the Community Manager.
• Respond to on-call emergencies at the community.
