Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety standards and resident satisfaction. You will coordinate service requests, preventative maintenance, and records while maintaining budget guidelines.

This full-time role requires regular onsite attendance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to respond to on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests at the community.
• Manage staff and vendors and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory within budget.
• Respond to resident/service requests and coordinate work orders.
• On-call emergency support and report records.
