Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at a community. You will supervise staff, handle service requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.

The role requires on-site attendance, budgeting for parts, and assisting with unit make-ready inspections. The position offers a full-time schedule with on-call responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to property upkeep and resident satisfaction across the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and manage service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify hazards and prevent liability.
• Manage inventory and purchase maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Lead maintenance staff, provide training, and schedule activities.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure timely response to incidents.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across the property.
• Maintain records and contribute to property inspections and make-ready status.
