Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations for a multi-property community. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and the activities of maintenance staff and vendors to ensure high-quality property upkeep.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, inspecting units and grounds, and maintaining an organized inventory while adhering to safety standards and budgets. On-call emergency coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community operations.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units; inspect buildings and grounds daily.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and stay within budget guidelines.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program and safety standards (OSHA) across the property.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, plan for resource utilization.
• Maintain records of service requests, make-ready status, and progress; participate in emergencies as needed.
