Job summary

Asset Living, a nationwide property management firm, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance operations for the community. You will oversee staff, coordinate service requests, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and housing laws.

Responsibilities include inspecting facilities, managing inventory, and maintaining records while delivering excellent customer service to residents and partnering with the Community Manager on budget adherence and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity needed.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management of the community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards and compliance.
• Maintain records of service requests, maintenance, and inspections.
• Oversee on-call emergencies and after-hours coverage.
• Manage maintenance supplies and budget resources under Community Manager guidance.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff; provide performance feedback.
• Ensure safety practices and OSHA guidelines are followed.
