Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations at the community, overseeing staff and vendors to ensure timely repairs and safety standards. The role requires hands-on oversight, strong organization, and adherence to OSHA and safety policies.

You will coordinate service requests, supervise on-site activities, and maintain records while upholding quality, cost controls, and resident satisfaction. A commitment to dependable, proactive maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units are completed.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify hazards and improve safety.
