Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily maintenance operations across our communities. You will handle service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff coordination to keep properties well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

In this role, you will oversee vendors, maintain records, and participate in on-call emergencies while upholding OSHA guidelines and Fair Housing laws. A strong emphasis on teamwork and property safety is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site maintenance operations and respond to service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee work orders and staff to ensure timely repairs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for hazards and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and procure maintenance supplies within budget.
• Supervise, train, and manage maintenance staff under the Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and uphold safety standards.
