Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, respond to service requests, manage staff, and ensure safety standards at the community. The role supports the Community Manager and coordinates with vendors to keep the property well-maintained and compliant.

The ideal candidate will oversee preventative maintenance, maintain records, and uphold OSHA and Fair Housing guidelines while delivering strong customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management of the community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily for hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life.
• Supervise maintenance staff and plan assignments under the Community Manager.
