Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety standards are met. You will coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance, and inspections while maintaining accurate records and staying within budget.

The role requires strong communication, on-site presence, and the ability to respond to emergencies. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and staff.
• coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and inventory.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and ensure safety standards.
