Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor relations, working with the Community Manager to ensure quality and timely make-ready.

This role requires on-site attendance, strong organizational skills, EPA/CPO certification preferred, HVAC knowledge, and ability to supervise staff, uphold Fair Housing and OSHA standards, and respond to emergency

Qualifications

• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software know‑how.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and service-request coordination.
• Inspecting grounds and buildings to identify hazards.
• Supervising maintenance staff and vendors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Maintaining inventory and managing budget-aligned purchases.
• On-call emergencies and after-hours responsiveness.
