Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations for our community, supervise staff, and work with the Community Manager to ensure high-quality service and safety compliance. The role requires on-site duty, vendor coordination, and adherence to OSHA standards.

Responsibilities include planning preventative maintenance, managing inventory, handling emergency on-call duties, and promoting exceptional resident relations while maintaining budget guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff to ensure timely service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors to meet property standards.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage inventory within budget guidelines.
• Assist with resident relations and maintain quality customer service.
