Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at the community, manage staff, coordinate with the Community Manager, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards. You will review service requests, track preventive maintenance, and uphold quality and timely responses to resident needs.

Full-time, on-site role with on-call responsibilities; requires high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff under the Community Manager.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program and ensure safety standards are followed.
