Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a Clemson-area community. You will oversee maintenance operations, coordinate staff and vendors, handle service requests, and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, budgeting, maintenance planning, and on-site supervision to deliver quality service and property upkeep. On-call emergencies and customer service are core aspects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend life of the property.
• Plan for and utilize resources, materials, and budgets effectively.
